Our large phone system upgrade is imminent and going well. CTS has been punctual and collaborative. They listen and are capable. We communicate via videoconferences, a ticketing system, and in-person meetings. They're flexible.

By using Framework as our managed-IT partner, we are in a better position than if we had our own IT employee. They can bring in experts for any particular project/problem that will get the job done more effectively and at a better value. Also, by having multiple IT employees at our fingertips we never have to worry about vacations or time-off - Framework IT has us covered 24/7.

Regarding budget management specifically, by the end of 2023, we spent more than we planned. However, those overages were caused by different problems and issues we needed to take care of, so it wasn't Nexa's fault. In fact, they always deliver on time and offer great response times, so we're very happy with them.
